As a Junior Web Developer, I worked on converting the existing Figma designs into a fully functional WordPress landing page, marking one of my first professional projects. The process involved carefully translating high-fidelity layouts, typography, and color schemes into responsive web pages using SCSS, HTML, and JavaScript, while maintaining pixel-perfect accuracy across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
To enhance interactivity and visual appeal, I integrated GSAP animations for smooth transitions and effects, and used Leaflet for dynamic, interactive map components. I also implemented dynamic fields in WordPress, enabling content managers to easily update information without touching the code. Throughout the project, I focused on building a maintainable and scalable structure, ensuring the landing page could adapt to future updates and extensions.
This project gave me invaluable hands-on experience with WordPress development, responsive design, and dynamic content integration, laying a strong foundation for my future work in fullstack and frontend development.
